Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons
Protons: Are found in the nucleus of an atom and carry a positive charge
Neutrons: Are found in the nucleus bonded with the protons and have no charge at all. Electrons: Found in orbitals around the nucleus and they have a negative charge. They, also, are the particles that are able to join together two different atoms and are able to be lost and gained. |
